All of our suppliers are within a 30 mile radius of Galway. By using fresh, local produce, we are ensuring that our products are of the highest quality standard and we are also keeping the roots of our business invested in our community.

Unique quality a distinct taste and personality are what differentiates speciality coffee from commercial coffee.
The term speciality is applied to coffees that are fully traceable back to their origin. The farmer has been paid much more to harvest their beans in a way delivers unique flaours with great quality taste. They are grown with care for the environment and sourced locally.
Our beautiful, organic speciality coffee is hand-roasted in the Burren mountains. We pride ourselves on backing local suppliers and establish our business in the West!
